Appointments

GP Appointments can be made for morning or evening surgeries.

Patients may express a preference to see a specific doctor; where possible this will be accommodated.

Remember to let us know if you have more than one problem you wish to discuss with the doctor or more than one person in the family needs to be seen. We can book you into a longer appointment if necessary.

Please tell us if you want someone to accompany you during an examination or if you wish to discuss a matter in a private room.

Telephone Consultations

If you don't want to see the doctor, but wish to consult by telephone, please leave your telephone number and some details with the receptionist. The doctor will return your call as soon as possible.

Our Practice nursing staff are Michelle Marshall Practice Nurse and Kathryn Pomphrett Healthcare Assistant.

Patients please be aware when booking an appointment to see a specific nurse that you have booked into the appropriate clinic appointment slot.  For example smears can only be done by our Practice Nurse Michelle Marshall.

If in any doubt please ring the surgery and the reception team will book your appointment in to the correct clinic.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
